With special permission from Grandmaster Shoto Tanemura, Soke of the Genbukan and KJJR headquartered in Saitama-Ken, Japan, Genbukan Futen Dojo, headed in the USA by Michael Coleman, Kyoshi, co-sponsored an even to benefit the Japanese people called “Hope for Japan.”
With the combined efforts of area shops and volunteers, the event raised almost $40,000 in under two weeks!
