A fairly common degenerative disease in dogs, canine hip dysplasia, is often misunderstood. Many mistakenly think that the ailment is a form of arthritis, but that is simply not the case. Often, dogs that suffer from hip dysplasia will develop arthritis, but this condition is a result of hip dysplasia and not the disease itself. |

Dogs can have similar problems as humans have, with allergies to some types of food. It's possible that it could be an intolerance to specific ingredients such as wheat or corn, or a general complaint which is provoked my many types of food, such as colitis. |

It actually takes a little bit of work to get on the list of participants for the show Survivor. First of all, the show announces that it is accepting applications that can be requested through the website and they usually request a photo and a three minute video be mailed in that introduces you to the producers. If they like you, they will call you in for a Hollywood interview, but don't expect them to pay your travel expenses. That comes later if you make it to the semi-finals.
