Tooth whitening gel can whiten your teeth, make you look great and smile a whole lot more without paying hundreds for professional teeth whitening gel treatments. It helps to restore the natural whiteness of your teeth.

Small in size and flexible, teeth whitening strips are coated with whitening bleach on one side. To use them, you place a strip on the upper teeth and another strip on the lower strip and leave them on for about half an hour. You apply the strips twice a day, ideally in the mornings and nights.

This provides the vitamins C and E, and these ingredients stimulate the production of healthy mouth tissues and fight the germs that cause bad breath, without the aid of alcohol or other harmful ingredients.

Whitening teeth with the use of gels is the most popular cosmetic dental procedure because it can significantly improve the appearance of the teeth at much less cost and without the inconvenience of other techniques. This is also the reason why a good majority of dentists use tooth-whitening gels.
