Being in a relationship is not always a piece of cake. What can make it more difficult is when you begin to wonder what your boyfriend or significant other really feels for you. The problem as by the time you were wondering how he is feeling it may already be too late.

This is one of the often missed communication problems in blooming relationships. I know from my own experience what a torturous feeling this can be. I cannot imagine that you want to go down this road either.

But its not all about just feeling horrible, either. You could lose your man if the communication does not correct itself between you. Your boyfriend may already be thinking about LEAVING and you won't even know it.

I hear you asking me -- what can I possibly do to correct this? Well it just so happens that I have a few simple steps you can take to begin making your relationship communication right again.

First of all - you need to quit trying to wrap your mind around what HE is thinking or feeling. If you want to get your relationship or dating life on the right track - you need to start with YOU. You are in complete control of how you think, react and act - so start by focusing on what YOU need to do to focus on your own ideas and communicate your own feelings.

The next step you can take is very simple - start thinking, acting and reacting to situations in a positive way. When we women get hurt or afraid, often we go into "vulnerable mode" - which HE can see is needy or clingy. Stop doing that - react in a positive manner to situations and stop expecting the worst. Expect better things and you will get better things.

The third step to mend your relationship communication is to begin looking beneath his words. Begin trusting in your intuition to understand what he is or is not saying to you. Then, instead of physically voicing your questions - start to ask yourself the questions and begin relying on your intuition to give you the answers.

The fourth and possibly most important tip I will give you is to learn to correctly interpret what your intuition is telling you. Let's say you've been cheated on before and now you have the sinking feeling that your current boyfriend is cheating on you as well. He is acting sneaky and odd. But later you may come to find out that he is planning a surprise birthday party for you. This was not at all what you thought was going on.

The point is - don't let your insecurities cloud your intuition. You may think something is going on, but in reality, it could be totally opposite of what you think it is. Allow it to play itself out without jumping to conclusions. If you want to read more dating tips and relationship advice, click below.
