If you are in a serious relationship, you may have wondered whether or not your significant other was cheating on you at some point or another. These types of suspicions are really horrible and can totally drive you nuts if you just don't know what the truth is. Fortunately, there is a simple and effective way to find out whether your spouse is cheating.

The great thing about using this method as opposed to others is that you can do it in the comfort of your home without other people getting involved. Many people have asked me if they should hire a private investigator to follow their spouse. This is a very drastic measure and should only be used as a last resort. This easy trick I'm about to disclose is really the simplest way to confirm or deny your suspicions.

Ok - let's get to it.

Step #1 - Could Your Spouse Be Cheating?

First things first, grab a hold of your spouse's cell phone for 15-20 minutes when they are not around to catch you snooping through it. Just a few minutes is all it takes to get the information that you will need. Be sure to be careful here.

Browse through their call history which is stored on the phone. Write down every number, both incoming and outgoing call numbers on a piece of paper.

You will probably find some numbers that you recognize. There is no need to write these down, just get the ones that don't seem familiar.

When you are done with this, carefully return the phone and go on to the next step.

Step #2 - Think Your Spouse Is Cheating?

Now you have the list of numbers handy, it's time to find out who the numbers belong to.

You can find out a lot of information about someone when all you have is their phone number. It's possible to find out someone's full name and address along with their background information when all you have is their phone number.

Lots of companies exist with enormous databases filled with information about phone numbers. These companies pay to gain access to this private information and then pass it off to you for your own investigations.

Of course, there are fees involved with these searches. Before you get discouraged there is some good news - most sites do not charge much at all. Many even offer a flat one-time fee rate for unlimited access to their database. This is a great option if you have many searches to conduct.

Search each number on your list and jot down any information that you can come up with.

Step #3 - Think Your Spouse Is Cheating?

Check out your list! Now you have all the details of every person your spouse has been calling lately.

Knowing who your partner has been talking to can really help you determine if your partner has been cheating. Look over the list carefully to see what you can find out.

Pay careful attention to names or numbers that show up frequently and make note of any calling patterns that you find. If your spouse has been cheating it should be pretty clear to see with just this information alone.
