Meeting women online should be one of the easiest ways to get a great date. The fact is, though, most men just slap up a ho-hum profile and hope for a response. Or - even worse - they whip out a response to HER personal ad that is about a mile beyond boring.

So let's imagine for a moment, if you will, that you are a WOMAN who has placed a personal profile up on a dating site. If she is the least bit attractive, she is going to get swarmed like a June-bug at a duck convention. She is going to get DOZENS of emails a day, from one guy after another who is saying the same boring thing to her.

She opens the first one up - and gags. "Hi there pretty lady," he says, "I am a DWM age 35 looking for a young, SWF to possibly form a LTR with. I am stable, funny, charming and romantic." Next she reads, "Wow you are HOT! I have a degree in 'pleasure-ocity' and would loooove to educate you, baby!" DELETE!!

Ok - do you get the point here? After reading all these emails, they ALL start to sound the same - and FAST. She may as well put a blindfold on and play "Pin my tail on the loser". You have got to GRAB and GO here. Grab her attention, and then GO offline.

One of the great ways to really get her attention online is to use the Cocky Comedy fundamentals to get her goat. Ask her what the hell was going on with her hair in that photo, or if that was 10 years ago and she has grown warts since then, or anything that would make her sputter, defend herself or generally smack you if you were beside her.

Another quick tip I will give you here, too, is to get different email accounts for each dating site you are on. You will probably be on more than one, and you should, but she might too! So use different email addresses to make it look a little less like you are fishing in a barrel.

When you are responding to her profile - please be sure to respond directly to something she said in her post. Do not send out the same letter to 30 women. READ her profile and bust on something she said in it.

After that, you need to be sure to keep up to date on the site. If you want a woman, you need to be in the first few to respond to her. Check it every day or set up notifications for new profiles. You will have much better chances if you can get to her first before she gives up and accepts a dufus.

Keep in mind, though, she is going to be a little freaked out about meeting you. Take her somewhere safe the first time you meet - somewhere very public and in the daytime. Meet for a latte or at the zoo, or anywhere non-sexual and safe for her.

Meeting women online can be a great experience, if you know how to grab the woman's attention in the first email. So flex your gray matter a bit and think before you write to her. Don't be the schmuck!
