Step #1

To accomplish this first step, it is important to get your spouse away from their cell phone for ten to fifteen minutes (longer, if possible) so that you can look at it. Pick a time when they won't be able to catch you at this.

If you have several mystery numbers to investigate, your best bet would be to use a site that charges a one time fee for unlimited use of their database. This way, you can use the company's search services any time you need to. You will almost certainly have more than one number to look up, and certainly do not want to pay each and every time you have a new number to look up.

For every number on your list of unknown numbers found on your spouse's phone, run a search and keep notes on your findings.

Step #3

Finally, go through the names your search came up with. Anything unusual here? Quite often a spouse suspects their husband or wife of being unfaithful to them with someone particular - is that person's name here?

In any case, you do now have the information you need to know just who your spouse has been talking to. This can be valuable in trying to find if there has been any untoward behavior.
