In addition to weight loss functions, it can also help slow the signs of aging by helping to speed up the regenerative functions of the cells. However, weight loss treatments using it rely on the laxative and toxin purging qualities of the plant that speed up the metabolism. The product increases the metabolic rate and the number of calories burnt so less fatty tissue forms.

Nevertheless, it does require certain actions on the part of the dieter if they want the process to work eating junk food with no exercise will not make the green tea weight loss regime successful.
