A day at the Day Spa is just a wonderful experience. There are so many treatments to choose from and you know you will be revitalized when you are done. The soothing relaxation and pampering is just what the doctor ordered. The day spa is always something I looked forward to doing, but I am just not finding the time to go as much. With the stress of the new economy upon us, we are all working harder to stay where we are at. Although, I do not make it to the day spa as much, I have found massage chairs to be a very convenient supplement for my massage therapy.

Most people think of massage chair recliners as focused on the back areas. While in the beginning this was true, now these chairs provide entire body massages. You can get specialized massages just for your feet. Many chairs have foot reflexology massages. Now, I am not trying to convince you to give up your day spa visits. If you have the time, this is a perfect venue for meeting your massage and relaxation needs. However, if you do not have enough time and still want to get massage therapy, then massage chairs have really become a viable alternative. They seem expensive when compared to getting one treatment at a day spa, but the reality, is you are buying tremendous convenience at a fraction of what continuous trips to the day spa will run you.
