Understanding the causes of cellulite can help a great deal when trying to get rid of it. Simply put, your skin gets tight and fat deposits form directly under it to cause that lumpy cottage cheese look. Most people carry it on their butt, stomach or in the thigh region.

You should know that exercise is one of your best allies in this battle. Find time to exercise if you really want to firm your body and minimize the appearance of cellulite. Just make an effort and you'll see results even with just a bit of time each day.

In addition to the skin moisturizing and hydration benefits you'll get with essential fatty acids, you'll also notice shinier hair and stronger fingernails. So cut the bad fats but remember to replace them with plenty of the healthy ones.

Another great way to attack cellulite and keep your skin hydrated and firm is to choose an effective cellulite cream.
