Although getting a tattoo is more accepted in American society today, women who choose to get one are still seen as temptingly rebellious. This could be because the tattoo is permanent, or perhaps it is the component of rebellion. Most probably, it is a combination of the two factors.

Women who choose to get a sexy tattoo know what they want, and aren't afraid to go after it. These women decide something, and work to get it.
