If you enjoy camping but have only been using a tent, it may be time for you to upgrade to a pop-up Coleman camper. These great camping trailers allow you to surround yourself with far more comforts of home while camping, such as a television, microwave and stove, comfortable beds, an air conditioner and a heater. You will find that a Coleman camper makes camping more of a "home" while you are away from home, and it will soon become your favorite way to travel.

The camper can be easily towed behind a vehicle while driving. It is very easy to set up once you arrive at the campground or your final destination. New Coleman campers can be found online or at many local dealers. New camper models often come with good accessory packages, many of which can be customized to your preferences before final delivery. Interiors of new Coleman campers are spacious with new tile flooring and wood cabinets. Some even have the option of an indoor shower. Also, many newer models have easy raise tops allowing you to raise and lower the top automatically without the physical work some of the older models require.

If you intend to bring along your bikes, you can purchase a top mount bike rack or a bike carrier for the rear of the camper. Or, another great additional accessory is a top storage compartment providing extra storage while traveling. This can be especially useful when traveling with the family, leaving as much space as possible inside the camper. You can store the kids' toys in a top compartment or possibly supplies you might need on the way. This way, you can avoid opening the entire camper and climbing in on the side of the road to retrieve items you might need.

You could also purchase a screen tent with a privacy cover or an outdoor shower kit, among others. With so many great accessories available today, you will begin to wonder why you waited so long to treat yourself to such a camping delight!
