Work has been killing you, deadlines are piling up, and to top it all off, your family has been clamoring that they need a vacation. Before you go browse the Internet or your local vacation guide to check out the best place to escape to, why don't you save yourself some time and just pick Orlando? After all, the place is one of the premiere tourist spots in the country. 52 million people visiting Orlando annually can't be wrong.

With about 52 million tourists visiting the place per year, you can be sure that Orlando is always bustling with activity. There is almost no end to what you can do and discover in Orlando. What's more, if you're the type who just loves trying out new food, then you've found the right place. Orlando has great ambiance to go along its food. Rockers and music lovers and general, for example, will definitely feel right at home at Orlando's Hard Rock Cafe, the largest of its kind. You can also get a Hawaiian-themed banquet over at Roy's Restaurant, if you think you feel like saying Aloha to everyone. Want to have a touch of danger and adventure with your food? Well then, dress up as a pirate and loot the delicious food at the Pirate's Dinner Adventure for a jolly good time. There really is no end of dining choices at Orlando. You can even dine with an astronaut on space food at the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex if that's your cup of tea.

A vacation at Orlando will be incomplete if you don't go shopping. While there are a lot of outlet centers in Orlando, you might want to indulge yourself to some of the designer stores they also have such as Cartier, Coach, Tiffanny and Co., or Jimmy Choo. For a wide range of cigar collections, you should check out Corona Cigar Company which has 1.5 million cigars.

Sports buffs, especially those into water adventures, might find a great time learning water-skiing at Buena Vista Watersports or at the Orlando Watersports Complex. Body surfing can also be had at Wet n' Wild Orlando or Disney's Typhoon Lagoon. If you just want to sit by and relax idly can take a ride on Orlando's famous glass-bottomed boats in Silver Springs. You can do so many things in Orlando and you will never run out of great experiences. With so many places to see and things to do, a week or a month's vacation may never be enough. So get it on with your family and embark on one of the best vacation times of your life.
